CASE STUDY: Cuisine Card

Cuisine Card, from Cuisine USA, enables diners to save between 5% and 50% of their dining check simply by presenting a card at the time of purchase.  Business owners are provided with a listing at the CuisineCard.com Web site, in monthly materials mailed to diners and the annual diners guide book. PROJECT: 

In Fall of 2003 CuisineCard was preparing for the upcoming launch of the Cuisine Card program.  In order to pre-sell business owners and diners Cuisine Card staff needed to be available when calls were coming in, even if they were out in the field selling.

Additionally, they needed to appear highly professional when Business Owners called, a heightened appearance makes sales easier to close.

SOLUTION: 

After a needs assessment VerticalAnswer recommended our "Biz Basic Package", which includes an auto-attendant, 2 Voicemail boxes and a professionally recorded Greeting and menu as well as a toll free number so that their potential partners could return calls more easily. 

We configured one of their Voicemail boxes as an "information only" box that allows them to self-record a "Restaurant-of-the- Day" every day so that their customers could call their toll-free number, press one button and hear the announcement.
