Payment Logic™ offers
a unique bill presentment and A/R system that incorporates PayBax™
-- a merchant-based customizable rewards program that allows
any-sized Merchant to provide incentives to their customers. PROJECT: In Summer of 2003 Payment Logic was seeking a single provider to mange their incoming calls as well as their PayBax customer rewards program. Payment Logic's primary concerns were the ability to provide exceptional customer service and being available for their merchant and consumer clients while simultaneously reducing costs. SOLUTION: To provide a more convenient way for their customers to contact them we recommended a vanity toll free number with a customized Auto-Attendant to allow Payment Logic to be more accessible without increasing staff. This way every call gets answered on the first ring. Then through the use of an intuitive menu system their clients can access a real-time account balance over the telephone automatically in addition to speaking with one of our trained operators when necessary. This is done via an integrated solution that would allow our live agents as well as our auto-attendant to tie directly into their MS SQL server database. This integration allows Payment Logic's customer to interactively check their PayBax rewards account balances.
