Talent Exchange is

provide in-front-of-the-camera and behind-the-scenes talent as
well as industry service providers with a means of interacting
and connecting. PROJECT: In Spring of 2003 Talent Exchange was searching for a way of handling there tremendous volume of incoming calls and provide better service to their customers. Their staff was having problems simply picking up the existing call volume and they projected that their call volume would be increasing by 20 - 30 percent over the next 6 - 12 months and were apprehensive about investing in new telephone equipment and support staff.
