In Fall of 2003 Tiki Media was seeking a provider that could present a more corporate appearance for the company.  They were working on partnerships with major restaurant chains, toy manufacturers and distilleries and needed to add professionalism and credibility to their corporate appearance.  Additionally, Tiki Media requested way to promote upcoming events via the telephone.

Tiki Media expressed a concern with answering their phones in a timely and consistent way as well as present a larger appearance.  They wanted to achieve this without adding an additional staff member to the payroll or purchasing a new phone system.

SOLUTION: 

After a needs assessment VerticalAnswer recommended our "Biz Appearance Package", which includes an auto-attendant, 5 Voicemail boxes and a professionally recorded Greeting and menu as well as a toll free number so that their potential partners could return calls more easily.  We also convinced them to opt for a vanity toll-free number search.  Through our search we located and reserved (800) 504-TIKI.

With only 2 full-time employees, they could use the additional voicemail boxes for virtual departments, Information only extensions and with the ability to add additional Voicemail boxes whenever they need them the system could grow with them over time.

We also configured one of their Voicemail boxes as an "information only" box that allows them to self-record upcoming events every week so that their customers could call their vanity toll-free number, press one button and hear a list of upcoming events.
